Programs will vary for every client based on your goals. Although primary movement patterns are emphasized in each workout and phase of training, rest assured your routine will be matched to your needs. If you are just beginning your fitness journey, the foundation's program may suit you best. For those with a little more experience, the fat loss or muscle gain options might be a better fit.
